Stoneacre Motor Group is seeking a Vehicle Sales Administrator to join our fast-growing UK motor group. You will report to the branch Accountant and provide exceptional administrative support dealing with all vehicle administration while delivering premium customer service.

This role offers training, career progression, and a supportive team in a busy, high-pressured environment, with opportunities to develop skills across stock, invoicing, and after-sales administration.

Qualifications

• Previous sales administration experience within the automotive industry is helpful but training can be provided in other environments.
• Experience using Kerridge/CDK or a similar system is advantageous but not essential.
• Computer literate with Microsoft Office and Excel.
• Excellent communication and organisation skills.
• Committed to providing excellent customer service in a busy, high-pressured environment.

Responsibilities

• Bring new and used vehicles into stock and maintain records.
• Raise vehicle invoices for retail, fleet, trade and inter-branch sales.
• Prepare and complete all relevant paperwork.
• Support the sales department in daily controls.
• Collaborate with Accounts, Service and Parts departments.
• Monitor admin reports regularly.
• Maintain and process v5 documents.
• Complete monthly vehicle stock checks.
• Maintain a professional manner and ensure prompt delivery of vehicles.
• Communicate effectively in person, by telephone or email to deliver premium customer advice and satisfaction.
