Job summary

Halfords is seeking a proactive Fleet Support Administrator to join the Fleet Support Team at our Stafford centre. You’ll manage customer accounts, process jobs and invoices, and resolve queries across Fleetbridge, One Link and Adflex. This fast-paced role requires accuracy, collaboration and the ability to work across platforms to keep fleets moving.

Hybrid working is offered with three on-site days per week and two days from home, supporting a busy service-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Organised, proactive and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
• Any tyre or vehicle knowledge would be beneficial.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines while collaborating with the team.

Responsibilities

• Manage a Network inbox and respond to calls and emails.
• Review customer ledgers using internal systems.
• Process sales invoices accurately, on time and in full.
• Compile and distribute customer and supplier invoices per procedures.
• Own assigned customers by processing jobs and PO numbers.
• Proactively chase documentation and close jobs in the system.
• Use Fleetbridge, One Link and Adflex to process jobs/payments.
• Track and organise data effectively.
• Build relationships with suppliers, call centre colleagues and customers.
• Resolve queries in a timely manner.
• Cover and assist other fleets as required.
• Work well in a team or independently.
