Job summary

Sentinel Fleet Management, part of the Guest Motor Group, is seeking a Service/Parts Administrator to join the on-site Vehicle Maintenance Unit (VMU) in Erith. You will support the maintenance and repair of Tesco vans, coordinating with technicians, suppliers and customers to ensure workshop administration runs smoothly and records stay accurate.

This role is ideal for an organised administrator with experience in the automotive or fleet sector who thrives in a busy operation and values

Qualifications

• Experience in service administration, parts administration or workshop administration.
• Knowledge of automotive fleet or workshop operations.
• Experience processing purchase orders, invoices or warranty documentation.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day service and parts administration for the VMU workshop.
• Maintain vehicle maintenance schedules and compliance records.
• Process driver-reported defects and coordinate vehicle attendance with operational teams.
• Raise, manage and close workshop job cards with labour, parts and repair data.
• Process warranty and recharge invoices and liaise with suppliers.
• Order parts and consumables and monitor deliveries.
• Provide updates on vehicle progress, workshop activity and costs.
