Job summary

Sureserve Energy Services Meters Ltd is seeking a Fleet Administrator to support the fleet function across the UK. You will maintain databases, run and compile reports, book in services and repairs, and manage vehicle allocations and driving license checks.

The role requires experience in fleet operations, strong IT skills, and a full driving license. A 9-month fixed term contract is offered with a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar Fleet role.
• Strong customer service skills and confident on the phone.
• Accurate, diligent and with keen attention to detail.
• Able to assist in a range of duties within the department.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day operation of the local fleet department.
• Deal with drivers, suppliers, insurers and invoices.
• Ensure vehicles are maintained and meet legal requirements.
• Maintain fleet management database & telematics software.
• Administer insurance claims and liaise with managers and insurers.
• Arrange service and repairs with approved suppliers and replacement vehicles as needed.
• Onboard new starters and handle vehicle recharges for fines with Finance.
