Dawsongroup EMC is seeking an experienced Service Controller to coordinate servicing, repairs and compliance events across workshop, mobile engineers and a third-party network. You will ensure safety, regulatory compliance and timely updates to customers.

You will manage competing priorities, communicate clearly with customers and suppliers, and maintain accurate service records while controlling maintenance expenditure.

Formación

• Experience coordinating servicing, maintenance, repairs or fleet activity.
• Confident communication with customers and suppliers.
• Organised approach to prioritising planned work with reactive needs.
• Commercial awareness with ability to control costs and follow approval processes.
• Accurate maintenance of records and computerised systems.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and schedule servicing, repairs and compliance events, balancing customer requirements with fleet availability.
• Coordinate workshop, mobile and third party engineering activity, keeping customers informed with clear and timely updates.
• Authorise repair work and control maintenance expenditure while ensuring safety, legislative requirements and manufacturer recommendations.
• Maintain accurate service histories, repair updates, VOR information and maintenance records within our computerised systems.
• Work closely with Rental Operations, technical support, stores and suppliers to keep jobs progressing and minimise equipment downtime.
