Job summary

Zenith is seeking a Fleet Administrator in the UK to track and progress vehicle defects and repairs across a nationwide supplier network. You will liaise with customers, suppliers and internal teams to ensure repairs are completed efficiently and service levels are maintained.

You will need outstanding communication, customer service experience, and strong organisational skills. The role requires experience with Microsoft Office and a capable, proactive approach under pressure.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong customer service and telephone handling experience.
• Good organisational and time management skills.
• GCSEs in English and Maths.
• Experience in fleet, transport, or automotive sectors is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and progress vehicle repair and maintenance jobs.
• Liaise with suppliers to obtain repair updates and manage delays.
• Maintain accurate records and job notes on internal systems.
• Update customers on repair status and expected completion times.
• Handle inbound customer and supplier enquiries by phone and email.
• Escalate issues and source alternative solutions when delays occur.
• Collaborate with Fleet Operations colleagues to deliver excellent service.
• Assist with breakdown and emergency repair case management when needed.
