Zenith Group in Leeds is seeking a Fleet Administrator to support nationwide vehicle repairs and maintenance. You will track defects, coordinate with suppliers, and keep customers updated on progress and timescales.

This role suits an organised communicator with strong admin skills, experience in fleet/logistics or customer service, and a professional, proactive approach to ensure service levels are met.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong customer service and telephone handling experience.
• Good organisational and time management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• GCSEs in English and Maths (or equivalent).
• Experience in a fleet, logistics, automotive, or customer service environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitoring and progressing vehicle repair and maintenance jobs.
• Liaising with suppliers to obtain repair updates and challenge delays where necessary.
• Ensuring accurate records and job notes on internal systems.
• Updating customers on repairs status and expected completion times.
• Handling inbound customer and supplier inquiries by telephone and email.
• Escalating issues and sourcing alternative solutions when delays occur.
• Collaborating with Fleet Operations to deliver excellent customer service.
• Assisting with breakdown and emergency repair case management when needed.
