Zenith Group in Leeds is seeking a Fleet Administrator to support nationwide vehicle repairs and maintenance. You will track defects, coordinate with suppliers, and keep customers updated on progress and timescales.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, solving problems, and providing excellent customer service. You'll play a key role in managing vehicle repairs, liaising with suppliers, and ensuring vehicle downtime is kept to a minimum for our customers.
As a Fleet Administrator, you'll be responsible for tracking and progressing vehicle defects and repairs across our nationwide supplier network. You'll work closely with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure repairs are completed efficiently and service levels are maintained.
We're keen to hear from candidates who have excellent communication skills and a strong administrative background, ideally gained within a fleet, logistics, automotive, or customer service environment.
