Job summary

Radius Vehicle Solutions is seeking a Fleet Administrator to join our office-based team in the UK. You will manage MID records, RFL updates and DVLA data while supporting fleet transfers, de-fleeting and invoicing processes.

The role requires strong Excel skills, general computer literacy, and the ability to handle data accurately in a fast-paced environment. Training will be provided, and the position is full-time with standard hours.

Qualifications

• GCSE level education or equivalent required.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required (lookup, data processing).
• Competency across standard business software applications.

Responsibilities

• Maintain MID records with accuracy and timeliness.
• Update Road Fund Licence (RFL) and DVLA data in compliance with regulations.
• Process fleet admin tasks including de-fleet, transfers and PCN/invoice entries.
• Support tracking systems, telematics data, and OEM data integration.
• Review fleet records, reconciliations, and data protection compliant data requests.
• Provide technical support to customers and branch locations on vehicle queries.
