Job summary

GBA Logistics is seeking a Fleet Administrator to coordinate day-to-day fleet operations at our Warrington site. You will ensure vehicles are utilised efficiently, minimise downtime, and promote a safety-first culture across the fleet.

Responsibilities include maintenance planning, vendor management, and monitoring telematics and fuel usage to drive continuous improvement. The role requires strong communication and analytical skills and offers progression within a growing logistics team.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly analytical with experience using fleet management systems and telematics.
• Solid knowledge of maintenance planning and vendor management.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and optimise vehicle allocation and utilisation to maximise fleet efficiency and minimise downtime.
• Manage maintenance planning, downtime, parts availability, and vendor relationships to ensure reliable fleet availability.
• Monitor fuel usage, telematics data, and performance metrics, driving efficiency and continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and company policies, promoting a strong safety-first culture.
• Manage fleet budgets, cost controls, spend reporting, and support financial planning activities.
• Support incident investigations, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration with Compliance, IT, Finance, and operational teams, providing live performance reporting to leadership.
