Job summary

GBA Logistics is seeking a Fleet Administrator in Warrington to coordinate day-to-day fleet operations, optimise vehicle utilisation and drive cost efficiency. You will support performance through data-driven decisions, vendor management, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in fleet administration, logistics, or related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience using fleet management systems and Excel.
• Knowledge of maintenance planning, procurement, and vendor management.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and optimise vehicle allocation to maximise fleet efficiency.
• Manage maintenance planning, downtime, parts availability and vendors.
• Monitor fuel usage, telematics data and performance metrics for improvement.
• Ensure safety, regulatory and company compliance across fleet operations.
• Manage fleet budgets, spend reporting and financial planning support.
• Provide live performance reporting to leadership and support cross‑functional teams.
