Bis Henderson Recruitment is seeking an experienced Fleet Manager to own a busy vehicle fleet. You will ensure compliance, efficiency and operational performance across 150+ vehicles, reporting to the senior leadership team.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making and continuous improvement to optimise costs and utilisation. The ideal candidate will have strong analytics skills, experience with fleet management systems and excellent stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a large fleet (150+ vehicles).
• Strong understanding of fleet compliance and transport legislation.
• CPC qualification desirable.

Responsabilités

• Manage day-to-day operation of the fleet to maximise availability and utilisation.
• Oversee fleet compliance, maintenance schedules, MOTs and legal obligations.
• Analyse fleet data and produce detailed reports and KPIs.
• Drive optimisation initiatives to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
• Manage fleet maintenance providers and supplier relationships.
• Monitor fuel usage and identify savings opportunities.
• Develop and implement fleet strategies to support business growth.
• Ensure compliance documents and records are maintained.
• Collaborate with transport, operations and finance teams.
• Lead continuous improvement projects across fleet.
