Qualifications
- Min 3-5 years experience in Fleet or LCV and HGV mechanical/technical.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong time management and organisational abilities.
- Sound financial comprehension and cost awareness.
Responsibilities
- Record and track defects, breakdowns, and repairs in the SQL system, ensuring accurate updates.
- Coordinate with suppliers to dispatch the correct parties for breakdowns and defects, ensuring warranty, R&M, and contract maintenance guidelines.
- Oversee repairs to ensure timely and cost-effective completion and keep customers informed.
