Zenith Vehicles, a leading UK fleet management provider, seeks a Fleet Administrator in our Altrincham office near Manchester. You will track and progress vehicle defects and repairs, liaise with suppliers, and keep customers informed while maintaining service standards.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong customer service and telephone handling experience.
• Good organisational and time management skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• GCSEs English and Maths obtained.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and progress vehicle repair and maintenance jobs across the supplier network.
• Liaise with customers and suppliers to obtain updates and manage delays.
• Maintain accurate records and notes on internal systems.
• Update customers on repair status and expected completion times.
• Handle inbound enquiries via telephone and email.
• Escalate issues and source alternatives when delays impact service.
• Collaborate with Fleet Operations to deliver high levels of service.
• Assist with breakdown and emergency repair case management.
