Job summary

Network Plus is seeking a Fleet Controller to join the established Fleet team, overseeing daily management of the vehicle fleet and taking a lead on servicing, defects and breakdowns. You will liaise with suppliers to ensure orders align with SLA expectations and keep internal customers informed.

The role requires strong planning, teamwork and IT literacy; experience with fleet software such as Jaama Key2 is a plus. We offer a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits.

• Knowledge of workshop practices and charges is an advantage.
• Industry knowledge of light & heavy commercial vehicle industry.
• Excellent planning, organisation and time management skills.
• Enthusiastic and proactive approach to your work.
• Must recognise the importance of working as part of a team to deliver service and operational performance within a safe working environment.
• IT skills, Microsoft Word and Excel would be an advantage.
• Previous experience of fleet management software packages would be an advantage (Jaama Key2 in particular).

Responsibilities

• Liaise with vehicle suppliers to process orders per SLA.
• Manage vehicle service, defects and breakdown requests.
• Ensure SLAs are achieved with minimal downtime.
• Investigate and respond to internal/external queries.
• Update fleet management systems.
• Assist in general fleet desk duties and related tasks.
