Job summary

Network Plus group is seeking a Fleet Controller in Worsley to manage day-to-day vehicle servicing, defects and breakdowns while maintaining strong liaison with suppliers to meet SLAs. The role includes updating fleet systems and supporting the fleet desk to ensure uninterrupted contracts.

The successful candidate will have solid experience in fleet operations, excellent customer service, planning and teamwork, with knowledge of workshop practices and Jaama Key2 software being advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with Vehicle suppliers to ensure all orders are processed in line with agreed SLA’s.
• Handle vehicle service, defect and breakdown requests following company procedures and guidelines, ensuring minimal disruption to internal customers / contracts.
• Ensure SLA’s are achieved with minimum downtime.
• Investigate and respond to Internal customer / External Supplier Queries.
• Update fleet management systems.
• Assist in general fleet desk duties, providing support when needed for other aspects of the fleet department.

As a Fleet Controller, you will be part of an established Fleet team responsible for the daily management of the vehicle fleet for the company. You will take a lead in controlling the day to day servicing, defects & breakdowns of our fleet.

Key Responsibilities
