Job summary

Network Plus is seeking a Fleet Controller to join an established Fleet team responsible for the day-to-day management of the vehicle fleet. You will lead servicing, defects and breakdowns in line with company procedures and guidelines, ensuring minimal disruption and timely resolutions.

You will liaise with suppliers, monitor SLA performance, and keep fleet records up-to-date in our systems, while supporting other fleet desk duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Problem solving abilities.
• Excellent Customer Service Skills.
• Knowledge of workshop practices and charges is an advantage.
• Industry knowledge of light & heavy commercial vehicle industry.
• Excellent planning, organisation and time management skills.
• Enthusiastic and proactive approach to your work.
• Must recognise the importance of working as part of a team to deliver service and operational performance within a safe working environment.
• IT skills, Microsoft Word and Excel would be an advantage.
• Previous experience of fleet management software packages would be an advantage (Jaama Key2 in particular).

Responsibilities

• Liaise with Vehicle suppliers to ensure all orders are processed in line with agreed SLA's.
• Handle vehicle service, defect and breakdown requests following company procedures and guidelines, ensuring minimal disruption to internal customers / contracts.
• Ensure SLA's are achieved with minimum downtime.
• Investigate and respond to Internal customer / External Supplier Queries.
• Update fleet management systems.
• Assist in general fleet desk duties, providing support when needed for other aspects of the fleet department.
