Job summary

Network Plus is seeking a Fleet Controller to join its established Fleet team in the UK. You will manage daily servicing, defects and breakdowns, liaise with suppliers, and ensure smooth operations across contracts and internal customers.

This role requires strong planning, problem solving, and IT skills, with knowledge of fleet management software such as Jaama Key2 being an advantage. Network Plus offers a competitive salary and an inclusive work environment, welcoming ex-Armed Forces

Qualifications

• Problem solving abilities.
• Excellent Customer Service Skills.
• IT skills, Microsoft Word and Excel would be an advantage.
• Previous experience of fleet management software packages would be an advantage (Jaama Key2 in particular).

Responsibilities

• Liaise with Vehicle suppliers to ensure all orders are processed in line with agreed SLA's.
• Handle vehicle service, defect and breakdown requests following company procedures and guidelines, ensuring minimal disruption to internal customers / contracts.
• Ensure SLA's are achieved with minimum downtime.
• Investigate and respond to Internal customer / External Supplier Queries.
• Update fleet management systems.
• Assist in general fleet desk duties, providing support when needed for other aspects of the fleet department.
