Job summary

Norwich City Services Limited (NCSL) is seeking a Fleet Coordinator to support the day-to-day management of our fleet, plant, machinery and driver administration. You will work with the Transport Manager and external suppliers to ensure accurate records, regulatory compliance and efficient fleet service.

The role involves managing driver hours, fuel cards, invoices, accident records, NOIPs and PCNs, while maintaining the fleet inbox and GDPR-compliant documentation.

• Strong communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues and develop practical Fleet solutions.

Responsibilities

• Manage driver hours, fuel cards, invoices, accident records, NOIPs and PCNs.
• Maintain fleet shared inbox and investigate discrepancies.
• Support vehicle and driver compliance checks and GDPR documentation.
• Communicate with suppliers and colleagues to ensure timely information sharing.
