Job summary

Zenith Vehicles is seeking a Fleet Controller to manage day-to-day vehicle maintenance, ensuring breakdowns and repairs are handled quickly and accurately. You will work with multiple teams to restore vehicles to service while maintaining high service standards.

The role requires 3–5 years in Fleet or LCV/HGV mechanical/technical work, and involves cost control, supplier liaison, and proactive fleet management in a fast-paced environment. Hybrid working after probation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years experience in Fleet or LCV/HGV mechanical/technical roles.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment.

Responsibilities

• Record and track defects, breakdowns and repairs in SQL.
• Coordinate with suppliers for breakdowns and defects per warranty, R&M and contract maintenance guidelines.
• Oversee repairs to ensure timely and cost-effective completion; keep customers informed.
