You will record issues in SQL, coordinate with suppliers, oversee repairs, and manage costs while keeping customers informed.

The role requires 3-5 years' fleet/LCV/HGV experience, excellent communication, and strong organisational skills.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in Fleet or LCV/HGV mechanical/technical roles.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment.

Responsibilities

• Record and track defects, breakdowns, and repairs in the SQL system.
• Coordinate with suppliers for breakdowns and defects per guidelines.
• Oversee repairs to be timely and cost-effective; inform customers.
• Challenge costs and source cost-effective parts.
• Manage customer fleet with operations to minimise VOR.
• Liaise with suppliers to resolve maintenance issues and manage repair time.
