Job summary

Lookers Limited in Liverpool is seeking a Fleet Coordinator to join a busy motor trade operation. The role covers administration, vehicle progression, fleet management and site coordination to ensure vehicles are tracked, prepared and delivered on time.

A full UK driving licence is essential, and you will work Monday to Friday with a salary of £26,250 per annum. This is a permanent, full-time position with progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in motor trade, vehicle logistics, fleet administration or progression.
• Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail.
• Confident with administrative systems and reporting tools.
• Full UK driving licence is essential.

Responsibilities

• Track and locate vehicles across site with accurate records.
• Monitor vehicle progress from arrival to customer delivery.
• Produce reports on vehicle deliveries, registrations and road tax status.
• Tax vehicles and complete documentation on time.
• Move vehicles safely around site.
• Coordinate vehicle preparation (PDI, valeting) before handover.
• Liaise with internal departments to ensure retail-ready vehicles.
• Update internal systems with vehicle status.
• Support fleet and administration team with daily tasks.
