North Lincolnshire Council is seeking a Driver Training and Compliance Officer to join the Fleet Compliance team. You will work with the Fleet Compliance and Transport Manager to develop drivers, monitor compliance and deliver training across CPC and LGV programmes.

The role is suited to an experienced officer who can manage a varied caseload in an operational environment and improve driving standards while ensuring policy adherence.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in driver training or fleet compliance.
• Knowledge of transport safety legislation and compliance requirements.
• Ability to monitor, audit and assess driver performance.

• Collaborate with Fleet Compliance and Transport Manager on driver development.
• Monitor and audit vehicle users to ensure policy compliance and legislation.
