DX Group is seeking a Transport and Compliance Manager to proactively manage fleet compliance, inspections, and driver onboarding for PAYE and subcontractors. You will contribute to efficiency projects and continuous improvement while upholding regulatory standards across the depot.

The role emphasizes strong knowledge of driver and vehicle legislation, with CPC Manager certification as a core requirement. This is a pivotal position within a growing logistics operation in the UK.

Qualifications

• CPC Manager qualification required.
• Experience with driver and vehicle legislation.
• Background in transport compliance and fleet management.

Responsabilités

• Manage fleet compliance for the depot.
• Plan vehicle servicing in line with policy.
• Ensure inspections, tachograph calibration, and RFL are completed on schedule.
• Carry out driver licence checks for PAYE/agency and sub-contractors.
• Oversee monthly licence mandates and reporting to Engineering.
• Ensure end-use checks are performed and recorded properly.
• Conduct sub-contractor reviews and improved reporting for efficiency.
