Qualifications

• Experience with driver development or compliance is desirable.
• Ability to deliver training and assess learners in transport-related programmes.
• Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, audit and enforce compliance of vehicle users with policies and legislation.
• Develop and deliver training programmes (Driver CPC, Driver Assessor Training, LGV Apprenticeship).
• Collaborate with Fleet Compliance and Transport Manager to drive driver development.
