Ford & Slater Lincoln in Devizes is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join the DAF Fleet Services team. You will handle client queries, coordinate inspections, and maintain accurate records in our systems to uphold service standards.

You will benefit from a base salary up to £26,437 (depending on experience) and an OTE of £31,437, plus in-house and manufacturer training, generous holiday, pension, and progression prospects within a friendly team.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated can-do attitude with proactive problem solving.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot client issues quickly.
• Track record of delivering high-quality customer service.
• Strong written and verbal communication; confident on calls and email.

Responsibilities

• Champion customer service and ensure client fleets are compliant.
• Manage inspections and maintenance plans and communicate with customers.
• Document all client interactions in the CRM/system and perform general admin duties.
