Job summary

Slater Birtley is seeking a Customer Service Advisor for its DAF Fleet Services team in Devizes. The role offers a base salary up to £26,437 with an OTE of £31,437, plus bonus potential and development opportunities.

You will handle client queries, document communications, and perform admin duties to keep fleet operations compliant. The position runs Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm, in an office environment.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of delivering world-class customer service.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High level of IT literacy and comfortable using email and phone.
• Organised, resilient, and able to work on your own initiative.
• Full UK driving licence preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as a Customer Service Champion for fleet clients.
• Document all client communications in the appropriate system.
• General administration duties for the Customer Service Department.
• Support colleagues and contribute to team targets.
