Job summary

Jobwise in Warrington is seeking a Fleet Coordinator to support HGV drivers and the wider fleet operation. The role covers coordinating breakdowns, repairs and maintenance while ensuring compliance with procedures and legislative requirements.

You will work closely with drivers, suppliers and internal teams to own incidents from start to finish, with a Monday–Friday 8am–5pm schedule and on-site parking. A full UK driving licence and practical fleet experience are highly desirable.

Qualifications

• Role requires prior experience in customer service, logistics or fleet administration.
• Ability to manage fleet incidents from start to finish and liaise with drivers and suppliers.
• GCSEs in English and Maths are advantageous and a full UK driving licence is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate vehicle breakdowns, repairs and routine maintenance with external suppliers.
• Respond to driver calls and resolve fleet queries within set timescales.
• Take ownership of fleet incidents and work with accident management providers to resolution.
• Update operations teams on repair progress and estimated completion times.
• Maintain accurate fleet records and the internal fleet management system.
