Job summary

Jobwise Ltd invites applications for a Fleet Coordinator to support a busy logistics operation in Appleton, Warrington. You will coordinate driver calls, breakdowns, repairs and maintenance, liaising with drivers, suppliers and internal teams to resolve issues promptly.

The role requires strong communication, organisation and problem solving, with a full UK driving licence and own vehicle highly desirable for site access.

Qualifications

• Experience in fleet/coordinator roles or logistics administration.
• Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills, able to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate vehicle breakdowns, repairs and routine maintenance with external suppliers.
• Respond to driver calls and resolve fleet-related queries within set timescales.
• Take ownership of fleet incidents through to resolution with internal teams and suppliers.
• Maintain accurate fleet records and update the fleet management system.
• Support the Fleet Administration team and cover holidays as needed.
