Great Bear (Part of the Culina Group) is hiring a Transport Compliance Supervisor to join our Mansfield team on a full-time permanent basis. The role ensures all vehicles are maintained and roadworthy and that we operate within legal constraints.

Qualifications

• Thorough understanding of commercial vehicle compliance requirements.
• Experience in managing vehicle scheduling and booking.
• Proven ability to work in a team and support colleagues.
• Experience in a customer-facing role.

Responsibilities

• Manage compliance activity for the depot, ensuring bookings align with objectives.
• Provide daily/weekly reports on fleet compliance status.
• Follow up on vehicle arrivals and no-shows with timeliness.
• Update systems with accurate details on progress.
• Obtain required documentation within deadlines.
• Support team members and assist with broader duties.
• Track service provider performance and conduct quarterly reviews.
• Manage training platforms and ensure compliance levels.
• Ensure drivers are assessed and ADAs/DCPC completed annually.
• Plan agency driver inductions.
