Job summary

Great Bear (Part of the Culina Group) is looking for a Transport Compliance Supervisor to join our Mansfield site on a full-time permanent basis. You will ensure all vehicles are maintained and roadworthy, operating within legal constraints while keeping drivers trained in operational needs.

Responsibilities include managing depot compliance activities, producing fleet status reports, chasing necessary documentation, and supporting the wider team to maintain high safety and service standards.

Qualifications

• Thorough understanding of commercial vehicle and ancillary equipment, compliance requirements.
• Experience in managing commercial vehicle compliance and scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Manage compliance activity for the depot, ensuring events are booked and escalations carried out.
• Provide daily/weekly reports relating to fleet compliance status.
• Follow up on vehicle arrivals and no-shows with required documentation.
• Proactively track progress and update systems with accurate details.
• Support other team members and review service provider performance quarterly.
