Job summary

Great Bear, part of the Culina Group, is recruiting a Transport Administrator for its Stoke-on-Trent site. The role is full-time and permanent, working Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm, with a salary of £27,162 per year.

You will support data accuracy, reporting and liaise on driver records and invoicing using SAP. You will update compliance and training systems, produce daily transport and finance reports, manage holidays and attendance, and assist in resolving customer queries promptly.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a similar role.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong problem solving, analytical and organisational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and to tight timescales.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office packages.
• High level of attention to detail.
• Able to manage own time to achieve targets.

Responsibilities

• Regularly updating the WTD system with up-to-date data.
• Monitor and maintain records for agency drivers and process invoices using SAP.
• Update training and compliance systems and run site reports.
• Input and monitor drivers' holidays and sickness, time-keeping and attendance.
• Create daily reports for Transport and Finance.
• Receive and monitor fuel deliveries and maintain fuel monitoring.
• Carry out general administration tasks (ordering uniform/stationery).
• Liaise with Regional Partners re invoicing and PO requisitions.
• Support with timely resolution of customer queries and complaints.
• Monitor daily and report outstanding PODs.
• Record subcontractor activities and update delivery KPI information.
• Support vehicle compliance data in the compliance system.
