Job summary

Great Bear in Mansfield is seeking a Transport Compliance Supervisor on a full-time basis, working Monday to Friday 8am-4pm. You will ensure vehicles are maintained and roadworthy while keeping drivers trained and compliant.

You will manage depot compliance activities, produce routine reports, chase documentation, and drive improvements across systems such as Microlise and Evotix to enhance safety and efficiency. The role offers stability and a clear career path in logistics.

Qualifications

• Thorough understanding of commercial vehicle and ancillary equipment compliance.
• Experience managing commercial vehicle compliance and scheduling.
• Strong team player with proactive attitude.
• Customer-facing experience or handling difficult challenges.
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple streams.

Responsibilities

• Manage compliance activity for the depot, ensuring bookings align with objectives.
• Provide daily/weekly reports on fleet compliance status.
• Follow up to ensure vehicle arrivals and no-shows are addressed.
• Update systems with accurate, timely information on progress.
• Collect documentation within required timeframes for vehicles and assets.
• Support team members and assist with wider team activities.
• Track service provider performance and conduct quarterly reviews.
• Monitor repair costs and manage individual accountability.
• Oversee Nvolve training platform to maintain 98%+ compliance.
• Manage Evotix case closures within 10 working days.
• Ensure ADA/DCPC compliance for drivers annually.
• Plan and coordinate agency driver inductions.
