Job summary

Great Bear, part of the Culina Group, is seeking a Compliance Coordinator for our Minworth site. The role focuses on health, safety and food safety standards within our warehouse operations, with a 8am-4pm, Monday to Friday schedule.

You will develop safety plans, maintain records, conduct audits, and support training programs to ensure compliance and a safe working environment. This is a permanent full-time position.

Qualifications

• Experience in health and safety within a warehouse environment.
• Maintain training records and safety documentation.
• Develop and audit a Site Safety Management Plan (SMP).
• Coordinate training and processes related to Health & Safety and BRGCS programs.
• Investigate incidents to determine root cause and corrective actions.
• Ensure site inspections are completed on time.
• Maintain site safety boards, insurance certification, and safety minutes.
• Maintain high standards of training, BRGCS compliance and Health & Safety.

Responsibilities

• Maintain training records and safety documentation.
• Develop and audit a Site Safety Management Plan (SMP).
• Audit SMP for compliance and update accordingly.
• Coordinate training related to Health & Safety and BRGCS.
• Assist site management in incident investigations and corrective actions.
• Ensure timely completion of site inspections.
• Maintain safety boards and related safety documents.
