Job summary

dnata is seeking a Transport Manager in the United Kingdom to own transport operations and ensure compliance with regulatory, legal and company requirements. You will promote a culture of safety, audit readiness and high performance while leading a team across the transport function.

Reporting to Head of Fleet UK, you will monitor KPIs/SLAs, review daily plans and implement corrective actions as needed. Strong CPC qualifications and Operator Licence knowledge are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of transport legislation, compliance and Operator Licence requirements.
• Experience in fleet operations in regulated or safety-critical environments.
• Proven leadership and people-management capability, with coaching experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee fleet compliance and utilisation and ensure audit readiness according to Operator Licence standards.
• Review daily transport plans with the management team and improve KPIs and SLAs.
• Lead on health & safety, investigations and foster a safety-first culture across teams.
• Coordinate with regulators, customers and airport authorities to ensure full regulatory compliance.
• Coach, influence and support teams to drive high performance and continuous improvement.
