Job summary

Msfltd in the United Kingdom is seeking a confident transport compliance leader to develop and maintain a robust framework ensuring Operator Licence obligations, DVSA requirements, FORS standards and Drivers’ Hours regulations across the fleet.

Based at our head office in Northamptonshire with travel across the Southeast and East regions, you will provide independent Board assurance, manage audits, optimise costs and oversee governance, records and KPI reporting.

Qualifications

• Holds a National CPC qualification.
• Experience in transport compliance, fleet assurance or a related operational compliance environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a robust transport compliance framework.
• Provide independent assurance to the Board that transport operations are compliant.
• Manage audits, documentation and controls across the fleet operation.
• Oversee driver compliance, fleet maintenance and governance.
