Job summary

C&C Group Plc is seeking a motivated Transport Team Manager to lead our transport operation in the UK, ensuring cost-effective delivery, regulatory compliance and KPI achievement. You will oversee the fleet, manage the transport team day-to-day and drive continuous improvement across planning, performance and safety.

Experience in fast-moving consumer goods or logistics, a CPC qualification, and strong leadership and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing a transport team in fast-moving environments (FMCG or logistics).
• CPC qualification is essential for role; IOSH desirable.
• Proven ability to manage costs, schedules and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the transport team to meet plans and KPIs.
• Ensure the fleet is maintained, compliant and ready for operations.
• Oversee cost control and regulatory compliance across transport activities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to communicate issues and drive improvements.
• Prepare and review monthly performance and safety reports.
