Job summary

FTX Logistics Ltd is seeking a Fleet Workshop Administrator to join our busy logistics operation in the Hampshire/Wiltshire region. You will manage vehicle maintenance records, schedule inspections and ensure compliance with DVSA regulations while maintaining accurate fleet documentation.

The role requires experience in trucking/logistics and proficiency with Tranman fleet software, along with strong administrative and organisational skills and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Experience in truck, HGV, transport or fleet environments.
• Experience using Tranman or similar fleet software.
• Strong administrative and organisational skills.
• Proficient in Outlook and Excel.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Manage vehicle maintenance records and fleet documentation.
• Schedule and monitor maintenance, inspections, MOTs and servicing.
• Ensure DVSA and operator licence compliance.
• Track defects and repair progress.
• Liaise with workshops, third-party repairers and suppliers.
• Maintain cost and maintenance records for the fleet.
• Produce fleet reports and management information.
• Support procurement, disposal and asset management activities.
• Monitor roadworthiness and compliance deadlines.
