Qualifications

• Experience in a commercial environment focused on delivering value for customers and suppliers.
• Track record of managing performance, driving value, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Ability to advise on a range of commercial solutions and procurement options to enable compliant procurement.
• Ability to manage workload, work at pace, solve problems and prioritise multiple demands.
• Understanding of the Fleet industry landscape.

Responsibilities

• Managing the Commercial Arrangements through their lifecycle, driving value for current and new customers and growing Fleet Category spend.
• Primary contact for customer queries, sharing market insight and providing guidance on Fleet solutions (Vehicle Lease, Tyres, Glass & Telematics).
• Advise customers on access to Fleet solutions through frameworks, including direct award, further competitions and Fleet Portal usage.
• Deliver supplier management by acting as primary contact for supplier queries, ensuring compliance with framework terms and SRM policy, and conducting supplier reviews.
• Develop procurement deliverables including tender documentation, specifications, award criteria, and pricing models.
• Analyse management information to support the commercial agreements and identify value opportunities.
• Liaise with stakeholders to present and promote strategies and agreements.
• Collaborate across the Fleet Team and other internal stakeholders using market and customer intelligence.
• Represent GCA at stakeholder forums and events, and provide commercial advice on routes to market.
• Support creation of innovative market-leading commercial strategies and value-for-money solutions.
