Job summary

Tructyre is seeking a Business Development Manager (National Fleet) to drive growth of our national fleet portfolio and establish strong relationships with large HGV fleet operators across the UK. You will take a consultative approach to understand customer needs and deliver tailored tyre management solutions that improve safety, efficiency and uptime.

Reporting to the National Sales Manager, you will manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through to contract implementation, negotiate

Qualifications

• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Proven business development success within fleet, transport, logistics or tyre sectors.
• Experience selling to large national fleet customers.
• Strong understanding of HGV fleet operations.
• Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
• Strong communication, teamwork, time management and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify, target and convert large national HGV fleet opportunities.
• Build strong relationships with Fleet Directors, Procurement Managers and key decision-makers.
• Manage the full sales process from prospecting through to contract implementation.
• Promote Tructyre’s tyre management and roadside services to national fleet customers.
• Develop tailored solutions that improve fleet efficiency, safety, compliance and uptime.
• Prepare and deliver commercial proposals, presentations and tenders.
• Lead commercial negotiations to secure profitable and sustainable contracts.
• Grow existing national fleet accounts through additional services, renewals and extensions.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure successful contract implementation and customer service.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline, provide regular forecasts and achieve agreed revenue and margin targets.
