Holman, a global automotive leader, is seeking a Driver Care Fleet Adviser (Maternity Cover) in the Birmingham area with hybrid-working options after 6 months. The role is a 12-month temporary opportunity paying around £28,000 per year.

The successful candidate will handle service coordination for company vehicles, manage breakdown calls, and liaise with suppliers while maintaining high professional standards and customer-focused communication.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer service-related role is essential.
• Ability to remain calm, empathetic and professional in difficult situations.
• A good general level of education is required.
• Sound administrative skills are essential.
• Must be adept with PC, internet and email; comfortable with MS Word/Excel/Outlook at an intermediate level.

Responsibilities

• Take incoming calls from customers to organise service, maintenance and repairs for company vehicles.
• Receive calls from customers who have broken down.
• Arrange and book service, maintenance and repairs with suppliers.
• Ensure recovery vehicles are organised promptly.
• Arrange courtesy vehicles or initial rental arrangements.
• Schedule other ancillary services as required.
• Keep customers and stakeholders informed of progress.
• Escalate concerns to the Team Leader; perform ad hoc tasks.
