Job summary

Holman Enterprises in Birmingham is seeking a Fleet Administrator on a 12-month maternity cover basis. The role supports the Fines + Taxation Team from the Birmingham office with hybrid working options after probation. The salary is circa £28,000 per year.

You will declare SORN, manage V5C documents, Fines, and toll accounts, and handle vehicle record updates. We offer comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities within Holman.

Qualifications

• Experience with vehicle compliance documentation and checks.
• Previous experience in a similar Fleet/Administration role preferred.
• High accuracy in data input and record keeping.
• Ability to stay calm and professional in pressurised situations.
• Capable of meeting targets and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Declare vehicles SORN on request and update systems accordingly.
• Manage incoming V5C documents and escalate missing documents.
• Post and track documents via postal methods; record costs.
• Scan, tag and file vehicle records, V5C’s, plates and fines docs.
• Administer fuel card and fines processes per agreed parameters.
• Add/remove vehicles from MID accounts; audit regularly.
• Administer parking permits and toll accounts; audit regularly.
• Manage cherished plate retention and replacement plating certificates.
• Reconcile Fines & Taxation credit card transactions; process write-offs.
