Job summary

Holman UK is hiring a Driver Care Fleet Adviser (Maternity Cover) to join the Operations Team in Birmingham, with hybrid working after a 6‑month review. This is a 12‑month temporary role paying circa £28,000 per year.

You will handle service bookings, breakdown calls, and coordinate recovery or rental vehicles, while maintaining a professional telephone manner. The role requires strong customer service experience, the ability to work under pressure, and solid PC skills (Word/Excel/Outlook).

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-service role, ideally in a service or contact centre.
• Ability to remain calm, empathetic and professional in pressurised situations.
• A good general level of education is required.

Responsibilities

• Take incoming calls to organise service, maintenance and repairs for company vehicles.
• Receive calls from customers who have broken down.
• Organise and book service, maintenance and repairs with suppliers.
