Job summary

Holman UK is recruiting a Fleet Administrator (Maternity Cover) to join the Fines + Taxation Team in our Birmingham office near the NEC, with hybrid working after a 6-month probation and a 12-month contract paying circa £28,000 per year.

You will declare vehicles SORN on client request, manage V5C documents, post and file papers, and administer fuel card, fines, MID accounts, parking permits and toll accounts, while maintaining high accuracy under deadlines.

Qualifications

• Qualifications or knowledge around vehicle compliance requirements (advantageous).
• Experience in a similar role is preferred.
• Strong accuracy in document checks and data input.

Responsibilities

• Declare vehicles SORN at client's request and update Holman systems.
• Manage incoming V5C documents and escalate missing ones.
• Post documents via standard methods and record tracking numbers.
• Scan, tag, and file documentation including V5C, plating certificates, fines.
• Administer fuel card processes for clients as per agreed parameters.
• Administer fines processes for clients, including appeals where required.
• Add/remove vehicles from client MID accounts and audit accordingly.
• Administer parking permits and toll accounts with auditing.
• Oversee cherished plate retention and replacement plating certificates.
• Manage Fines & Taxation credit card reconciliation and write-offs.
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
