Holman UK is seeking a Driver Care Fleet Adviser (Maternity Cover) based in Birmingham with hybrid working after a 6-month review. This is a temporary 12-month opportunity paying circa £28,000 per annum.

The role requires a confident, approachable communicator, capable of handling diverse customer situations. You will manage service bookings, breakdown calls, and coordinate with suppliers and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer service-related role.
• Ability to work under pressure with diplomacy and professionalism.
• A good general level of education is required.
• Sound administrative skills are essential.
• Proficiency with PC, internet, and email; quick learning of new software.

Responsibilities

• Take incoming calls to organise service, maintenance and repairs for company vehicles.
• Receive calls from customers who have broken down.
• Organise and book service, maintenance and repairs with suppliers.
