Job summary

Aspire Defence Services Limited (ADSL) seeks a Transport Booking Administrator to join our Worthy Down operations. You will process transport requests, schedule fleet vehicles, and ensure bookings are accurately documented and administered.

You will deliver professional customer service, support vehicle issue/return, check licences, and maintain documentation in line with company procedures, while upholding health and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Full clean UK driving licence.
• Experience planning, organising and prioritising tasks with strong customer service.
• Excellent communication and professional approach in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Process transport requests and schedule fleet vehicles in management systems.
• Deliver professional customer service during vehicle issue/return.
• Check licences and permits before vehicle issue and maintain documentation.
• Support fleet administration activities including tachograph records and fuel card control.
• Liaise with customers, contractors and repair providers for fleet maintenance.
• Maintain compliance with health and safety requirements and company procedures.
