Job summary

Asset Alliance Group seeks a Fleet Customer Support Administrator to assist Fleet Maintenance Controllers in managing breakdowns and maintaining clear communication with customers and suppliers. This internal role requires proactive handling of calls, bookings, and updates within our maintenance systems.

Based at Edwin House, the role involves coordinating repairs, arranging technician visits, and ensuring accurate data entry in FBI and R2C systems, with a focus on service continuity and

Qualifications

• Previous experience within a customer facing role.
• Excellent and effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be proactive and be able to pay keen attention to the smallest of details.
• Ability to work as part of a team and equally un-supervised.
• Technical knowledge of HGV's would be highly beneficial but not essential.
• Requirement to work within Edwin House.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage breakdowns; contact customers and suppliers regularly.
• Update customers on asset status and make notes in the FBI and R2C systems.
• Contact and chase up service providers for updates and completion times.
• Organise collection/delivery for repairs.
• Handle inbound calls relating to asset breakdowns.
• Book mobile technicians and follow up on all breakdowns.
• Input maintenance and repair data into FBI and R2C systems.
• Support wider teams with call handling and fleet maintenance bookings.
