Brink’s is seeking a Fleet Administrator to manage Penalty Charge Notices (PCNs) across the fleet, focusing on data analysis and process improvements. The role is a 6‑month temporary contract at the Head Office in Crickhowell, with 15 hours per week across three days.
You will collaborate with operations, finance and drivers to identify trends, resolve issues, and promote best practice while ensuring deadlines are met and costs are controlled.

Fleet Administrator (PCN Management) – Part-Time Temporary Contract

We’re looking for a proactive Fleet Administrator to join our team on a 6‑month temporary contract, focusing on the effective management of Penalty Charge Notices (PCNs) across our fleet operations. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys analysing data, improving processes, and making a measurable impact on business performance and costs.
As Fleet Administrator, you will take ownership of the day‑to‑day administration of PCNs, ensuring notices are processed accurately and efficiently while helping to reduce overall costs through improved reporting, investigation, and process improvements. You’ll work closely with colleagues across operations, finance, and drivers to identify trends, resolve issues, and promote best practice.
