Culina Group in the United Kingdom is seeking a Fleet Administration Manager to lead a regional team, ensuring accurate, timely administration and strong service levels across our assets.

You will oversee performance management, KPI reporting, supplier coordination, and ensure compliance with company procedures and legal requirements, while delivering a high standard of customer service.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the Fleet Administration team.
• Provide performance management and objective setting for individuals and the team.
• Prepare monthly packs reporting on assets, maintenance, vendor availability and service slippage.
• Coordinate quarterly vendor meetings with Transport Manager and GM as applicable.
• Ensure P/O processing meets deadlines and maintains compliance across asset service/maintenance.
