Job summary

Culina Group in Warrington is seeking a Fleet Administrator to join the Transport Logistics division. You will help maintain tachograph data, ensure fleet compliance and manage records across the fleet, supporting efficient daily operations.

The role offers a structured 9-to-5 schedule, with salary up to £27,031 depending on experience, and opportunities to contribute to improving reporting, driver records, and maintenance logs in a busy transport environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent administration skills with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Able to work using own initiative with minimal supervision.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Experience in a similar fleet/administration role preferred but not required.
• Experience in FMCG environments is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the tachograph system data and records.
• Keep maintenance records for fleet and operator licence.
• Daily validation of the VOR/Service board and escalations as needed.
• Enter and monitor drivers’ holidays and sickness in TruTac.
• Oversee defect and service records for storage according to procedures.
• Onboarding/offboarding of fleet and record-keeping across systems.
• Update the WTD data to ensure accuracy.
• Provide daily reports on missing mileage to Transport.
• Manage tag accounts (DART, Severn, M6 Toll) and audits.
• Compile Driver card and Vehicle Upload reports and track non-compliance.
• Order and control fleet stock, monitor fuel deliveries.
• Produce reports/spreadsheets for internal teams in a timely manner.
• Perform any other duties and record-keeping tasks as required.
